Make all checks payable to Manheim Borough. Payments may be mailed to 15 East High Street, Manheim, PA 17545 or dropped off at PNC Bank (formerly The Bank of Lancaster County) at 118 Doe Run Road. (Please do not make Munitipal Service or Apartment Licensing checks payable to the bank or the Authority.) There is also a white drop off box located at 15 East High Street located by the front door.
Water/Sewer Payments: (Billed quarterly – once every three months)
Make all checks payable to the Manheim Borough Authority or the Borough Authority. Payments may be mailed to 15 East High Street, Manheim, PA 17545. (Please do not make water/sewer checks payable to the bank or Manheim Borough.) There is also a white drop off box located at 15 East High Street located by the front door.
